 1. Exchange Period

Products can be exchanged within 7 days of the original purchase date. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges beyond this period.

2. Condition of Products

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be in its original, unused condition. The product should include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.

3. Proof of Purchase 

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all exchanges. This helps us verify the transaction and process your exchange efficiently.

4. Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at apparels.fati.m@gmail.com. Our team will inspect the product to ensure it meets the exchange criteria. Once approved, you can select an alternative product of equal or lesser value. If the new product is of higher value, you will be required to pay the difference.

5. Exclusions

We do not offer refunds. As a small business, we can only provide exchanges. Sale items are not eligible for exchange.

6. Damaged or Defective Products 

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at apparels.fati.m@gmail.com with details and photos of the issue. We will arrange for an exchange or replacement of the damaged or defective item but please make sure you are responding to us in time so we are in the 7 day window.

7. Final Sale Items

Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be exchanged.
